The Africa Relief Committee announces its need for a Secretary, to the following specifications and conditions:

Position: Receptionist, Secretary, and Archivist.

Job Location: Africa Relief Committee Hargeisa.

Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Specialization: Not required.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English and Somali.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years in the field.

Age:

  • Not less than 20 and not more than 40.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in working with computers and various Microsoft Office programs.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Somali.
  • Ability to archive, organize, and manage files and documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, such as effective communication, time and task management, initiative, professionalism, and flexibility.
