Position Title: student supervisor – Boarding
Location: Al Hanan Educational Complex
Reporting to: School Principal

Qualifications:
- Certification (Ijazah) in the Holy Qur’an.
- Age between 20–30 years.
- Fluency in Arabic and Somali.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Familiarity with educational curricula.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills with students, supervisors, and superiors.
- Full proficiency in the Arabic language.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Skills in Qur’an memorization and managing study circles.
- Ability to solve student-related issues.
- Skills in dealing with outstanding and gifted students.
- Ability to work effectively with students of different age groups.
