In Hargeisa, the capital city of Somaliland, a new Quran study and informal education center has been established. The Bil Qur’an Nahfad-hum center features two fully furnished classrooms, an office, and restroom facilities, providing a comprehensive learning environment. With the capacity to accommodate up to 100 students, this center aims to make a lasting impact on education in the region.

This significant development is part of our ongoing commitment to social development projects in the Horn of Africa, with a specific emphasis on informal education. The center’s primary objectives are to combat illiteracy among adults, promote Quran memorization, and prepare children for formal education. Through the generous funding provided by the esteemed international organization, ALRAHMA Kuwait, this initiative has become a reality.

The establishment of the Bil Qur’an Nahfad-hum center marks a significant step towards empowering education in the community. It is a testament to our dedication to fostering knowledge and creating opportunities for personal and intellectual growth.
