In a move aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of education, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Muallemi, Director General of the Africa Relief Committee, paid an official visit to the Ministry of Education and Science in Hargeisa. He was received by His Excellency, Minister of Education, Dr. Ismail Duale Yusuf, where a fruitful meeting was held to discuss several joint educational projects.
Dr. Al-Muallemi was accompanied by the Public Relations Officer of the committee, the Director of Al-Kuwait Educational Complex, and the Public Relations Officer of the complex. During the meeting, the delegation reviewed key educational projects overseen by the Africa Relief Committee, with a particular focus on vocational education schools in Hargeisa and Borama, which represent a significant step forward in applied education.
The discussions also covered the new industrial training workshops set to open soon in Burao, aimed at equipping young people with modern technical skills aligned with labor market needs.
Minister Yusuf expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Africa Relief Committee in supporting education, emphasizing the importance of these initiatives in building a better future for the next generations.
