Position: School Principal

Job Description / Job Summary:

The role of a school principal is to provide leadership and management within an educational institution. he is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the school. This includes strategic planning, curriculum development, staff supervision, and creating a positive learning environment. School principals work closely with teachers, students, parents, and the community to ensure educational goals are met. They are also involved in budgeting, policy development, and maintaining school standards. Effective communication, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions are key attributes of a school principal.


  • University degree in School Administration or a related field.


  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle workload.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • School management and educational supervision.

Other Requirements:

  • Age: Between 25 and 50 years old.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English, in addition to Somali (reading, writing, and speaking).
