The African Relief Committee continued its charitable, social, and development projects, by establishing (33) thirty-three mosques, within the framework of the committee’s general strategic plan, and the committee’s constant endeavor to find places of Islamic worship in all regions and from Somaliland and Somalia.

Where the area of ​​mosques established by the African Relief Committee ranged between 70 and 100 meters per mosque, including service facilities for each mosque, with a capacity of between 166-200 worshipers per mosque.

These mosques were opened in Hargeisa, Burma, Somaliland, and Puntland – Jijiga – Mogadishu in the Federal Republic of Somalia
